Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data for AddaBubba (formerly published as Ivy; com.ivyfertilitygroup.app), operated by S & H Industries Group of Companies Pty Ltd (ABN 36 684 927 946). If you joined while the app was called Ivy, your Ivy and AddaBubba account are one and the same.
You can delete your AddaBubba account at any time — either directly in the app, or by emailing us if you no longer have the app installed. The one exception is suspended accounts — see below.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Ivy or AddaBubba on your device and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Your Ivy / AddaBubba account and profile are deleted immediately. This action cannot be undone.
Delete without the app
If you no longer have Ivy or AddaBubba installed, email privacy@addabubba.app with the subject line "Delete my Ivy / AddaBubba account".
To confirm the request is genuinely yours, send it from the email address registered to your account (the address you signed up with, or the one linked to your Google or Apple sign-in). If we cannot match the sender address to an account, we will reply with a verification step before deleting anything.
We action deletion requests within 30 days, and you will receive a confirmation email once complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login credentials.
- Your profile, photos, and matching preferences.
- Your messages and match history.
What we may retain
Some records are kept after account deletion where we have a legal or safety obligation to do so:
- Identity verification: when your account is deleted we instruct our verification partner (Didit) to delete your verification sessions. We may keep the bare verification outcome where the law or user safety requires.
- Safety reports and moderation records relating to your account, where needed to keep other users safe.
Retained records are kept only as long as required and are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Suspended accounts
If your account has been suspended following a safety report, deletion is deferred while the matter is investigated, so reports and evidence aren't destroyed mid-investigation. Contact support@addabubba.app to request deletion once the matter is resolved.
